A Professional Disc Jockey Service of Delmarva

Ocean City DJs

Can you provide music for my wedding ceremony also?

Absolutely!  We have supplied music for numerous ceremonies in the past several years.

What time will my DJ arrive?

Your DJ will arrive approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to the arrival of your guests.  He will be set up, appropriately attired and ready to play when your guests arrive.

When does the DJ's time begin?

Your DJ's time begins when your quests begin to arrive to the reception site.  If we are supplying music for your ceremony, his time would begin one half hour prior to the scheduled ceremony time.

What if I have a string quartet, harpist, etc. play during the cocktail time, when would the DJ's time begin?

Your DJ's time will still begin when your guests arrive because he must be fully set up, all sound checks completed and appropriately attired before the first guest steps through the door.  However, if your other form of entertainment is scheduled to play longer than 90 minutes, we will charge a fee for our DJ to set up early.  In this situation, his time would begin after the other entertainment is completed.

How far in advance do we need to reserve a date?

Many Saturdays are booked 9 - 15 months in advance and sell out quickly.  Because we have several DJ's, we can usually accommodate your event from six (6) months to one (1) year in advance.  We suggest booking your DJ as soon as you have set your date.

What is your music policy?

A detailed listing of our music selection is found on-line (play-list). We do not play any music (not even edited versions) that contain lyrics with profanity, sexual innuendoes, or drinking/drug references.

What is your cancellation policy?

If we are given a six (6) month notice that you are canceling our services, your deposit will be reimbursed to you in full.  If we are not given a six (6) month notice or if you cancel your event due to weather, the deposit will be non-refundable.

How much should we tip our DJ?

Any gratuity or tip you wish to pay your DJ for an outstanding performance is certainly appreciated. The general rule is 5-10% based on his performance. Due to accounting purposes, please pay any tip directly to your disc jockey.
